I’ve had some strange errors in my console log popping up with some machines I’ve been testing network homes and radmind on.
Every few seconds I get the following errors:
Jun 1 08:09:47 InteliMac1 automount[267]: Can’t mount 10.12.1.50:/Users on /private/Network/Servers/10.12.1.50/Users: Authentication error (80)
Jun 1 08:09:47 InteliMac1 automount[267]: Attempt to mount /automount/Servers/10.12.1.50/Users returned 80 (Authentication error)
Jun 1 08:09:47 InteliMac1 automount[167]: Can’t mount 10.12.1.50:/Users on /private/Network/Servers/10.12.1.50/Users: Authentication error (80)
The logins work fine and I can access all of my files but that error keeps coming up. The only way to make it stop is to mount the Users share on the desktop. I have a temporary workaround where I’ve told Workgroup Manager to add the network home share point on the desktop, but I’d rather it not do that if I don’t have to.
I have network home folders running at one campus (without Radmind) and this issue hasn’t shown itself there, so I’m not sure if it has something to do with Radmind.
Does anyone have any ideas?
thanks,
Jason
