Need to delete apache/httpd conf files and start over.

I started getting some weird Unrecognized Selector errors after adding a SSLed directory as destination for a new domain. Screwed things up pretty bad. I am unable, in the SA GUI to make any changes or see anything under the Sites tab. I can turn off Web Server, Sites still available. I can even turn off the Web Service all together and the box is still serving web pages.

Ideally I’d just reinstall, but this is apache right. Wrong, the apache conf files, nor httpd conf files are giving me any joy through editing or removal.

I just need a pointer on where to go to delete what my server knows about web sites and its role, including SA settings, and set’em up again.

I tried restoring from an old export, but no go, still nothing shown under sites.
