    Hi,

I’ve got some Mac OS X client computers that get their directory info from a Novell EDirectory server. This server expires passwords after a certain date , and on a windows box requests that users change the password, otherwise it allows 6 logins after this date before locking the account.

Is there any way to have an LDAP mapping that reads from the passwordExpire attriubute on the LDAP server? The attribute is in date-time format. Giving a precide time and date for a password to expire. What I need is for Mac OS X to interpret this and either tell the user to change the password, or at least provide some feedback. Otherwise what is happening is everyone is locking their accounts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
