managing security/screen saver pres from WGW?

I’m trying to manage the clients’ preferences, and I would like to make sure each client has “Require password to wake this computer from sleep or screen saver”, as well as to set the screen saver to 10 minutes. Is there a way to set these preferences for the clients? I can’t seem to find them in WorkGroup Manager.
