What is the definitive answer for what needs to be present in an email message for this feature in Mail.app to work with just the checkbox checked?
(with no additional rules looking for custom header)

Is the presence of a header of ‘x-spam-flag’ sufficient – or does it need to also have an exact string to match (like YES, TRUE, 1, Score?)?
Is it different for Panther, Tiger. Leopard, and Snow Leopard?

I can see in my snow leopard com.apple.mail.plist that there is a key for ‘JunkMailHeaderFlags’ with a default value of x-spam-flag and received-spf, but these do not appear to be present in plists for older versions of mail.app.
