Mail Undeliverable

I get this message when a mail is sent from an email account on my server to another email account, in this case a .mac account.

Sometime back i also have this same problem, what I do is that I get my ISP to add another record into the DNS. Add a reverse lookup for your mail server. That’s it

I have the same problem, but not sure what you mean by “add another record into the DNS”. I know how to add a record in DNS, but record are you referring to ?
