Mail passwords

Hey guys!

I’m migrating all our stuff over to a new Xserve here at work. The problem is that we have 150 e-mail accounts to migrate and i want to know how i can let my users choose their own passwords? I mean it can´t be reasonable for me asking all of them to send me a e-mail with their pass, right? We will be using both POP, IMAP and webmail.

Is there anyway they can choose password the first time they login?

In the Server Admin app, select Open Directory, then Settings->Authentication. Maybe there’s some things you can do with those settings.
