    Macprofessionals, Inc., an Authorized Apple Training Center in Michigan seeks a Certified Trainer for Mac OS X training classes.

    Candidate must have current certifications in any of the following disciplines and be willing to travel. Trainer certification is preferred but is negotiable. Existing certifications must be up-to-date with latest Mac OS version. Personal communication and organization skills should be strong and experience in instructing groups is also important.

    Mac OS X 101 – Support Essentials
    Mac OS X 200 – Server Essentials
    Mac OS X 330/335 – Directory Services Integration and Admin

    Prepare and present training materials through lecture, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities for technical, customer service and potential sales accounts.

    Recommend curriculum modifications or enhancements to training management.

    Develop curriculum or training process evaluation process for training management on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or quality results.

    Assess student performance. Coach, deliver feedback and monitor student progress toward performance standards during training sessions.
    Deliver performance information to Manager at completion training.
    Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
    Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum, policies and procedures.
    Acquire and maintain certification in Apple Mac OS Instructor Certification Program.

    Field experience with specific technologies covered in classes is preferred.

    Communication Skills
    Ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written to a group is a must.

    2+ years Mac experience, with implementation and upgrade experience.
    Knowledge & experience with Mac OS X (Tiger, Panther, etc).
    Understanding of the Operations of a large scale organization.
    Ability to work with users to discuss training concepts.
