I have just been looking at an interesting small business phone system that hooks into exchange and provides pop-up windows to show who’s calling and give you tools to manage the call. Only problem is that it’s a PC only solution at present. The relevant company are looking at providing their own stand-alone TAPI server in the future so you are not forced to used Exchange’s built in one.
I ws wondering if their was a MacOS X TAPI server available as an alternative to this and also if there are any MacOS X TAPI clients so that people with ‘real computers’ could be clients for the existing system too.
