The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), a national leader in scientific research and development, located midway between Baltimore and Washington, DC is seeking a Macintosh Services Manager.
The primary objective of the Macintosh Services Manager is to ensure that APL’s 1200+ Macs work well with enterprise systems, achieve the right balance of security and usability, and deliver the best possible experience to the end user. This involves working across groups in the APL IT Department, working directly with high profile users, and interacting with the APL Mac User Group.
