So I’ve got this PC that we use for our M$ Access, Citrix MetaFrame (web only), MeetingPlace and M$ Project client work. We can’t use anything but these M$ programs in order to complete certain work for our clients. So I set the PC up using VNC Server, which was a good beginning, but we soon moved to using RDC for my users to connect which works out well. Connected users have access to my AFP server and local printer. I now need to build up the ability to have 5 simultaneous and distinct users connect to the PC and complete their PC work. I am not sure what I need as far as OS, CALs etc. Do I need 2003 Server, and Terminal server with 5 CALs? Along with CALs for M$ Access? The current setup is running XP Pro on a Compaq D320 with single installs of M$ Access & Project.
Thanks for your assistance. We’ve got some new blood that thinks that everything would be easier if we ditched the Mac and bought some Gateways (like their old work has). I’d like to show them, and our clients that the Mac can do everything and more than PCs.
    Thanks,
    d
