    greetings
    xserve 1.2 dp G4 osx 10.3.5

    lookupd is constatntly running 70% to 100%
    i have checked the threads and i have not seen the process go over 45
    top -l0 | grep lookupd

    i figure most of this must be authentication, how can i speed up lookupd, or figure out why the cpu usage is so high?
