Windows users have them, I have implimented them in most of my Mac sites, all using a single point of change to update all login scripts.
    Is anyone interested???

PS. They are mostly used when using admitmac and/or radmind.

Sorry, to be clearer… running scripts on login to perform certain tasks..
ie, mount folders, setup printers, delete folders/files, link folders/files. I usually use iHook to give the user a graphical representation of what the script is up to.

Basically i have a folder on the server which contains all the login scripts, a script on the client is run when a user logs in, the server folder is syncronised with the client folder, and scripts within this folder are run.

    Clear as mud???
