List of replicas on OD client?

Hi all:

Working with 2 Tiger 10.4.11. servers (OD master and replica) and one desktop machine. Server is OD master, and client was bound to server *before* we set up a second server as an OD replica. The replica refuses to show up in the as a “Replica Hostname List” string in the “/Library/Preferences/DirectoryService/DSLDAPv3PlugInConfig.plist” file on the client – despite the fact it’s been about a week since we added the replica, we’ve rebooted the client, etc.

How do I get this file to update without un-binding and re-binding?
