    hi all,

    has anybody tried succesfully installing windows or linux on an intel xserve?

    Yes, not the virtual one

    I tried also searching the web and found no luck, tried bootcamp and EFI loader still not succesful. If anyone has succesfully installed please post it here in this site.

    Why would you want to run anything but Mac OS X or better on the Xserve? I can see playing around with a virutal machine, but putting native Windows on a beautiful chassis like the Xserve is to me, no different than putting the engine from a Ford Focus into a BMW M3… B)
