My ITS team is having a difficulty to make a domain AD Macs to recognize window server 2008 with file sharing – SMB:// . It worked flawlessly with Window Server 2003. Any tips/advices would be greatly appreciated!

    TIA

Can you please give me a guidance on DFS and how this will be compatible with Mac Clients?

Yeah. Leopard and server 2008 definitely seem to have problems with each other. We’re working on this in our environment right now. It seems to be Kerberos and name-resolution related.
When I have more I’ll post (of course if someone has already found solutions I’d love to know)
