instadmg completes in 5 seconds

Hi guys. Got an issue building 10.7.vanilla on one of my lion servers. This is what i get when I run instadmg.

Safari 5.1.4 – found based on checksum and verified in less than one second

Finding the Installer disc for 10.7_vanilla
Found Installer Disc: /Users/admin/instadmg/InstallerFiles/BaseOS/InstallESD.dmg

Setting up for 10.7_vanilla
Cleaning InstaDMG folders
Setting up InstaDMG folders

Done[/code]

So whats happening is that instadmg is running and says its done in 5 seconds but doesnt create an image. Any ideas whats going on?

Some more details:

running: lion svr 10.7.3, latest updates
instadmg revision 444
restarted the lion svr and it still does the same thing
source InstallESD is lion build 11A511
i have another identical lion svr and it builds images fine

You probably don’t have a cached base image in InstaDMG. And the installer you’re using has old certificates and/or old apple updates.

Thanks but I tried setting the clock back pre feb 2012 but that didnt do the trick.

Looks like you are doing:

If you are keep in mind that you need the [b]-p[/b] to process after the checksums

Oh man I cant believe I missed that. Thats what was missing. Ive been using instadmg so long and didnt even think to check my copypasta command. Feel like a complete idiot. Thanks Yoshi.
