Importing user accounts

I work at a school and have an excel file with all the student accounts listed. I want to import these accounts into the OD in WGM.
I changed the headings to what I thought they should be and saved the file as a comma delimited. When I try to import the users
WGM import nothing. Can anyone give me a sample of what an import file should look like and what fields I need filled in?

When importing, WGM should display a sheet that allows you to map fields. Are you saving the user list as something like tab delimeted or comma delimited?
