Importing LDIF into address book mappings

I am trying to import an LDIF file into my address book. There seems to be 2 problems. The first is that all group information is being ignored. The second is that some LDIF parameters are not being imported. For example the Organization: parameter does not go into the Company field. Is there a document that explains what LDIF parameters get mapped to what address book properties? The LDIF can be changed if I know what gets mapped to what. Thanks.
