Immediate file delete problem

I’m new to X server, and my problem is this:

When a user try delete a file from any AFP share point, the file, after a warning, was immediately deleted without any hope to recover it, this thing is (on my opinion) very dangerous.

Obviously, is ìsupposedî that the user want to delete the file, but a file can be also deleted by user error.

As appened to me last week. A user whom he wanted to delete a group of files, he has (by error) also deleted one directory near this group of files, causing one remarkable loss of time to the company.

How can I do to permit to the user to put the file on the trashcan, as in the old AppleshareIP?
