    I’m trying to figure out how I would go about changing the character set ftpd uses from UTF-8 to 8859-1. Anyone know how?

    Some background: Older ftp clients, most notably MacOS 9 clients, don’t support the unicode character set. This tends to corrupt uploaded files that contain high-ascii characters.
