In my open lab I want to always force the same black laser as the default. There are color lasers in the room and I am trying to reduce the number of prints to those color printers. In my open (unsupervised) lab I want to always force the same black HP laser as the default. There are color lasers in the room and I am trying to reduce the number of prints to those color printers. Problem is if a student logs in and uses a color laser that printer stays the default on that workstation until someone changes it back to the black laser. How can I make it ALWAYS select the black laser as a default and force the user to select one of the color lasers when they want a color print.
