    Retail Leopard.dmg in BaseOS directory which gets mounted as “Mac OS X Install DVD”.
    I forgot there was a MBA disk 1 in the drive. Even though it mounted Leopard.dmg as “Mac OS X Install DVD”, it ran the install from “Mac OS X Install Disk 1” which obviously took much longer.

    Simple enough fix is to eject the CD, but just a heads up.

    I wouldn’t worry about it. Maybe just a note in the readme would be good enough.
