Fonts vanishing for users

Here’s another one while I’m at it… 😳

I’ve had a few issues with the majority of fonts certain users on certain computers disappearing. These are the fonts that are in the /Library/Fonts folder. These users can go to other computers and other users can use these computers without a problem. It affects all programs – Appleworks, MS Office, iWork, etc.

Running the Radmind updater fixes it, but when I looked through the transcript of changes, nothing popped out that looked like it could be the cause. I checked for byhost prefs or managed preferences from the server for the user and couldn’t find anything.

It’s not a huge problem because radmind fixes it, but still odd and if anyone has seen this before or has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate any help. Next time I see this happen, I’m going to figure out what fonts stay and see what radmind changes, but it’s been pretty sporadic so I haven’t found this out yet.
