Folder Size Limits OSX Server 10.3.9

Hello,

I know that we can enforce quotas on users in osx server, but these quota apply accross all shares for that user.

What I’d like to do is just limit the size of one folder.

I’ve seen someone mention sharing out a disk image which I’ll try this afternoon although that seems a bit unreliable to me.
