Fix the multiple-interface problem?

Do you have any plans to fix VaporSec so it works on machines that have multiple networks interfaces active? I am running a Airport software base station and using VPNs to secure the insecure Airport traffic seems like a really important application. (In fact, this is one of the two main reasons I’d like to use it.)
