Before 294 or maybe even earlier, one could use multiple mpkg or pkg files within a single folder. That’s how I like to organize my package “sets” to say rather than use catalog files, just easier for me because the way I organize my packages currently using DeployStudio.

Can this be put back into the code to allow for such?

    Hey there,

You may want to post this over at the instadmg.googlecode.com project’s issues section. I can’t speak to why or how this behavior changed, but I can confirm it’s happening since 292. I can’t speak for what is considered a warranty’d feature and what’s not, so I can’t say what your chances are. I, too, liked the simplicity of not needing to explicitly set the order of certain sets.
It would of course be faster if you can diff 266 and 292 and make sense of why this stopped working, and if you can figure it out, please share with the group. Thanks,

    Allister

I’m going to spend the afternoon converting my current workflow and adapt it to the InstaUp2Date workflow. It’s probably better in the long run since development really seem to be going in that direction anyway.
