failed to create filesyncd messagePort

*This only seems to be happening with our 10.4 clients.

We are using PHD’s for all of our users and I am noticing some odd behavior in the MirrorAgent.log’s. At every logout sync the following error will be logged (we sync only at login and logout).

This will continue logging the error 6-8 times a second but even with this error it seems as though the sync is completing successfully.

At the users next login everything seems to work just fine, no error in the MirrorAgent.log, but at the very next logout sync the behavior happens again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot further? I have searched (googled) filesyncd and I find virtually no information as to what this even is.
