Exim 4.12 – Spam protection and similar…. help needed

Hi all!

I have Exim 4.12 configured to use MySQL for user and domains. My mail server serves 4 domains and I need to provide smtp relay for all of the users in those 4 domains. What I want is this: localhost and clients’ hosts can send via my server but only them. Since they are all dial up users (with dinamic IP), how can I set up Exim config file to do it? Does Exim support POP before SMTP feature? please help me… Thanks a lot
