    So here is the complete CLI from my latest build attempt, It’s creating a disk image but no good from there. Thoughts?:

    Hey there,

    I’ve noticed the same issue, but can’t verify why it worked after a reboot. I believe the disk arbitration framework could be the culprit, perhaps if you look at the output ls -al /Volumes we’d be able to tell? Sorry I can’t be more confident of what’s going on.

    I got the same issue. I had tried to open the base DMG and cancelled it… might of been related in my case. Reboot also fixed it.

    Same problem for me, and ejecting a 10.6 Server install DVD image helped. Filed a bug:
