Error – 50 moving word files

Hi all,

Having a really annoying issue that I hope you can help with.

Some word files are not letting us copy them from one share on the server to another. When we try we get the error – 50 message.

All my users are on 10.4.7 & so is this my server. They all login locally & automount the shares @ login via afp.

We cannot upgrade to 10.4.8 as we use 4D & there are issues with the Databases running under 10.4.7.

The shares are also shared to PC users via smb.

Any ideas?

Oh BTW, cp -R works to copy the files but is there a patch to allow this via the finder?
