Erro Applying 10.3.9 Server Combo Updater

AFP was failing to start on my 10.3.9 Server so I ran the 10.3.9 Combo updater which hosed my server. During the Combo Update I got an error “There were errors installing the software. Try again”. After that the Server could not be found in Server Admin. Anyone have an idea what’s causing this, and how to fix it. BTW prior to running the Combo Updater I ran Disk Warrior on the boot drive (everything was fine), and from the Server 10.3 Install Disk #1 ran Disk Utility/Repair Permissions & Repair Disk.

Have you checked your system.log for any more detailed errors?
