Enter or modify ldap from cli

I’d like to enter or modify entries in my OD because I’d like to use it also for my client’s addresses. Later I will use this command to tell my FileMaker DB to put its entries into the OD. How to do that?

Yes, I know that tool, but I’d like to do it with a script from FileMaker. That’s why I’m looking for a solution with cli.
