ParticipantIn my buildtrain, everytime I create an image it works great except for /Applications/DVD Player. The application has a generic icon and when launched presents a window with the headline “??” and the text “??-10960” with an OK button.
Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

ParticipantA quick look at your list indicates you’re installing iTunes 8.0.1 on top of iTunes 8.0.2.

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root staff 35 Dec 10 14:26 18 -> ../../../Packages/iTunes801.dmgNow whether that’s your problem, I don’t know.

ParticipantI removed the InstallerChoices.xml file and DVD player is OK now. There is no mention of anything related to the DVD player in the InstallerChoices.xml file. Could this be a bug?

ParticipantWhy are you disabling each language individually? Josh’s above post with “
LanguageTranslations ” would be more efficient.Maybe there’s an OS X funkiness with disabling the specific language installs but not the parent InstallerChoice? The end result of your InstallerChoices should be that LanguageTranslations would be disabled in the GUI OS X install, but possibly the CLI install creates an unusual interaction regarding language installs and DVD Player. I’m pretty sure DVD player is localized.
