DNS obliterated with the security update today? (6/8/05)

Wow, I’m quite dismayed at the moment. It seems that the security update today just fried my DNS settings. I’ve not gotten into the conf files yet manually, but I do not understand what has happened. The settings appear correct in the Server Admin, but everything is resolving to a my primary server on the Internet rather than the local machines which was working fine just immediately before the update. Any idea what was done and what I could do to quickly repair this mess?

It appears, crossing my fingers, that a permissions repair and a restart of named has fixed the issue… Hmm.
