Disappearing mobile accounts.

We have macbooks managed to have a mobile account. The account is created fine but then after a random time, days to weeks, the account disappears and the computer goes back to using the network account. The local user home directory from the account stays on the computer. Clicking yes to the message at login recreates the account but it disappears again later. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking?

We used WGM and have it set to not merge settings. We mostly sync just desktop and documents in the background and desktop, documents, and library on login/logout. There is also a bunch of rules to filter music and such.
