I’m looking for a way to allow the creators of individual weblogs to be able to control whether a reader is allowed to post a comment or not. We would like to use the server to post podcasts, videos, etc and there really shouldn’t be a comment for some of these. I have seen it on other sites but cannot find any documentation on it either. I also contacted the Apple support (which we have a contract for) and was told that we could open a ticket and an enginieer could possibly figure it out (of course for a cost of $670!) Does anyone know???

If it is for 10.5 Server then
Go on the Wiki , choose “Settings” from the wiki page (you need to be admin),
then choose to edit the page :

    – Change “Commenters” to ” None allowed”.
Save the page then go back to the blog, comments should be off.
