Hi I’m about to undertake some Address Book server implementation and wondered if there was a slick way to deploy the Address book configs, i’m attempting to set up a Public Address book for 25 users. The idea being i’d set up a user a “Public Addresses” user in WGM set up Address book server upload a 1000 or so contacts to the user. Then push out Address book configs to end users.
Is there a way i can do this without visiting / remoting each desktop. Our set up consists of 10.6.6 server / 10.6.6 clients all bound to OD / AD with a mixture of Home Profile’s and Mobile Home Profiles. We don’t use Address book with any other services so was hoping to push out a pre configured plist to each user. or is there a better way?
