Just Checking for this AD / OD integration ….

The correct search path on the Mac Client in Directory Utility.

Should be the OD server then the AD server ? No ?

why if this is the case is one system I am on seeming to not mind the search path precedence at all ?

    Very Odd…

I understand that the order of Active Directory and Open Directory matters if you have any user name conflicts. The user from the first directory in the list will be used and any duplicate in the other will be ignored (there may be a log entry to indicate that there was a conflict).

    Is that correct?
