Copy data and settings from G5 to Intel

Hi,

at this moment, we have an XServe G5 running. Last week we bought a new Intel XServe.
We want to copy all the settings and data to the new server. But, what’s the best way to do this?

The server runs
– Open directory (every client computer uses this)
– Windows service
– Mail server, based on the built in mail server
– Web server
– AFP server with user home directories
– DNS Server

I tried to copy the open directory using the archive function. Using mailbfr I copied the mail settings.
But… it was not stable. After a while, I had to restart the server. Also, some users couldn’t get their mail.

So, any suggestions?
