Not looking for a solution, unless of course you have one. Affirmation that I’m not alone would be great.

Replication won’t stop, just replicates over and over, 24 hours a day. Demoting replicas, then re-establishing will fix it sometimes, but it always comes back. At 10.4.3 now, but had this problem since 10.3.5. Got a nudge from AES that it’ll be addressed in an upcoming update – ‘spose that means it’s a “known problem”?

It’s set to replicate upon any change. When working correctly, it takes about 30 seconds to replicate when a password is changed, then stop replicating until the next change occurs. Mine continually replicate 24 hours a day even when no users are even logged in. It represents a constant 15-20% cpu load on OD Master and replicas that are 2.3Ghz DP’s.

I’m seeing this behavior too. If I reboot the master, it stops and sometimes won’t start the spiraling replication for 3-4 days.

My master was upgraded from 10.3.9, so I’m wondering if there is some cruft floating around.
