Changing Disk Quota value in WGM doesn’t work.

Hi,
A few days ago one of my user reach his quota limit in his NHD. I check his limit in WGM = 20 Gb. I checked the Quotas Tab in Server Admin and seen 15 Gb…
When I check with ‘edquota -u user’. It show me 15 Gb for this user.
My question is why when I change the value in WGM it doesn’t affect the quota. It seems to set the quota just once, when you create the home of the user.
Does anybody experienced this error?
Can I safely change the value using ‘edquota -u user’? and bypassing the WGM interface?
