I’m trying to enable the wiki and blog services on a recently installed server. I can enable it fine in server admin, but nothing happens, there’s no services choice in workgroup manager. This is on 10.5.6.

I’ve noticed this in the log right after I click save in server admin:

    Wed Dec 17 00:08:37 myserver servermgrd[56] : servermgr_web: htcleancache disabled
Wed Dec 17 00:08:37 myserver servermgrd[56] : *** -\[WPWebServices updateWebServices:withVirtualHosts:withSession:\]: ‘rootAuthenticationWithError’ against /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1 failed. Reason: node /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1 was needed, but /Local/Default was returned instead. Could it be that this process is not running with root privileges?

This particular server is a replica of my OD master, could that have something to do with it?

Otherwise, everything seems to work fine.

Did not find a solution for this. Seems like something had gotten messed up in Kerberos/LDAP, so I ended up rebuilding both the OD and replica from scratch.

    OSX sucks some times. 🙂
