Can’t activate journaling on OS X Server 10.2.2 – DiskArb

Hi,

I just upgraded to OS X Server 10.2.2 on our XServe.
My LDAP problems are not fixed 🙁 and another problem shows up – when I’m trying to invoke diskutil, I get the following error message:

DiskArb couldn’t be activated!

diskutil works without a problem on my Cube running 10.2.2 (Client) here.

Any ideas?

I got this same message when I tried to use diskutil to enable journalling on the file system (I was in single user mode at the time). I have no answers for you, but perhaps journalling is the issue?
