Some quick suggestions on the UI.
    1. Use Q and A, instead of the Q and speech bubble. It is a bit hard for me to folow. Everything in the Q and A appears to be a question. It is not clear which is an Question and which is an Answer.
    2. In the Q&A, put the directions –> “To see questions and their answers, click on the (A icon). To see questions and submit an answer, click on the (text bubble icon)” that are at the bottom of the Q&A section at the top. By the time you get to the bottom and read this, things have already gotten confusing. I would like to know what those icons are for before I try to use them. Maybe have the Question and below it, indented on the next line, place the Answer?
    3. How about a link form the eBBS back to the Q&A section, or even better, link to Q&A topics related to that particular thread you are currently reading in the eBBS.

I am new to this site, and it looks promising, hopefully people will join in. Hopefully this is helpful to you guys and the users of the site. I have not used much of the site yet, just no time to explore, but I will soon enough.
    Thanks,
    Jono

Thanks for the suggestions, Jono! The current questions and answers section of the Web site will be signficantly changed in the redesign–it will switch to more of a FAQ style, since the Q&A forum on the eBBS seems to work much better.

Sounds good, can’t wait to see the new site. Hopefully the site redisign will draw in a ton of new users. We are gearing up to switch over to OS 10 in the near future at work, and it would be nice to use this site to ease the process if needed.
