I’ve been having trouble setting up NAT on Mac OS 10.3 Server. I’ve done the Server Essentials course and read through the documentation and still can’t get it to work. It seems a few other people are also having trouble with this.

If anyone has had some success setting up NAT on Mac OS 10.3 Server we would really apprecaite consolidated and clear information on this.

It seems Joel/Mactroll has had some experience in this area but as he contributes so much perhaps someone else wants to give it a go.

Yeah, yeah. I got it working. It wasn’t clear in the manual that the Firewall had to be activated for NAT to work. Gimme a break, I tried quite a bit before posting the question. Others have also struggled with this so I thought an answer might have wider appeal. I’ve posted answers to basic questions so I feel I can post a ‘stupid’ question from time to time as long as it is clear and articulate.
