Getting the following response from the mailserver:

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Check the settings for account ìchesson.netî or try again.

The server error encountered was: The server ìmail.chesson.netî can not be contacted on port 143.

I have checked all that I can think of. The Server setting seem to be correct.

I have installed v 10.2.4. Is there anything changed in the new version that would cause this problem?

Something’s clearly wrong with your DNS:

    [code:1:3d03e83562]dig chesson.net @AAG4SERVER.AUSTASIAGROUP.COM

    ; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> chesson.net @AAG4SERVER.AUSTASIAGROUP.COM
    ; (1 server found)
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
    ;; res_nsend to server AAG4SERVER.AUSTASIAGROUP.COM 203.59.134.106: Operation timed out
    [/code:1:3d03e83562]

Your authoritative servers aren’t returning DNS data. I’m not surprised you’re having problems. 🙂
