We have 500+ clients that uses Apple Mail, approximately 100 clients with Leopard 10.5.2 and the rest Tiger 10.4.9 – 10.4.11 and a Exchange 2003 Server.
We have migrated the accounts from pop to exchange-imap accounts.
The problem beginning when approximately 380 accounts is connected to the Exchange server, the server is stopped response. When we used pop accounts there where no problem. Is still no problem with pop accounts and Entourage 2004 and there where no problems when all used pop accounts.
The Microsofts consultants haven’t found any problems with the server.
Is there any using many Apple Mail clients with Exchange 2003 or have some experience with imap and Exchange?
