    Has anyone run into this?

I have a Xserve fileserver running OSX 10.2.5. This was to replace an ailing Appleshare IP server that we use as a file server. Clients were able to dial in via Apple Remote Access (2 or 3) and mount this server via AFP. I wanted to do the same with this Xserve, so I made sure that I used NetInfo to set the AFP to 1. Now users are able to connect and only send small files. If they send anything large (over 64k for example), the system just sits there trying to send. The copy status bar gets about half-way and then just sits there.

I know it’s not my connection, because I tried the same connection while sending files to my old Appleshare IP server, and it had no problem.

Does anyone know why I can’t send larger files to an OSX Server via AFP as an ARA client?

    Please help…..
