In Help for Mac OS X I found this in AFP Sharing:
Two ways for an administrator to view volumes (as when defining home directories or when connecting to a remote server): by share point (the default) or by volume.
Well, I can’t connect to the server anf see all volumes, I connect using an administrator name and pass, but only can see Share points.
How can see all volumes on the server, after this issue My server was 10.2.6 and I cant see it, I put 10.3.2 Server and now I can’t see the volumes.
I encountered the same issue. I don’t remember the specifics of the fix, but I got it from apple support and I believe it is an entry either in netinfo or a config file.
Apparently they changed this behavior in 10.3. There is a way to make it revert to where you can log in and see the drives on the server at the root level.
